Brief Description: Vertical stabalizer mounting preparations

Today I match drilled the F-781 vertical stabilizer attach plate to the horizontal stabilizer forward spar. I also fabricated the F-712D elevator up stop. The F-712D also bolts to the vertical stabilizer aft spar.
